Frank Felice
CDEI, SRES, BPOR

Frank Felice is a licensed Realtor Emeritus and licensed insurance broker. He is a licensed provider of continuing education for real estate agents, insurance agents, accountants and CFP’s, and one of the most respected licensed real estate instructors in central NJ.

In addition to being the Director of NJ Real Estate Prep, he is the former Director of Real Estate for Monmouth Adult Education (MAECOM) and also the Director of Real Estate for Visual Education Concepts. In the past, Frank was the Director of Real Estate for Weichert Realtors and Gloria Nilson Realtors.

Frank has taught the pre-licensing salesperson and brokers courses for over 25 years. His students have among the highest first-time passing rates and have gone on to achieve great success in the real estate industry. Frank continues to train new agents as they embark on a new real estate career.
